I can get Joan to send you the RSP Holdings Operating agreement shortly in case you don’t have it.

But as way of background, a FINRA registered broker-dealer can only be operated by someone who holds a Series 24 FINRA license. I am the only one affiliated with this broker-dealer that has that license. Because of that the operating agreement designates me as the managing member. Changing that designation would require approval by FINRA.
