On Tuesday, February 26th, we invite you to join us as the University of Delaware community comes together to celebrate the renaming of its public policy school as the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration.


The day will begin with a series of policy luncheon discussions on the middle class and urban affairs, energy and environment, health care, disaster science and management, and American politics and democracy. In the afternoon, there will be a special event featuring a conversation between Vice President Biden and presidential historian Jon Meacham focusing on Meacham's recent book, The Soul of America: The Battle for Our Better Angels, immediately followed by a reception honoring Vice President Biden.
