Greetings National Alumni Council!


We are looking forward to seeing you at our upcoming National Alumni Council
meeting in Chicago the weekend of April 8-10. We will be staying at the
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago/O'Hare, and we are making room
reservations for everyone. Our all-day meeting on Saturday will be held in
a conference room at the hotel.

I am writing to provide you with the information for arranging your travel
plans. To simplify the reservation process, we are booking flights through
a travel agent who has been instructed to arrange for everyone to arrive at
the airport by 5 pm on April 8 and depart Sunday morning. Friday evening
provides the opportunity for members to get to know each other and form
community (what we do at JVC Northwest!). We will go out to dinner as a
group. There is free airport shuttle service to the hotel, and you will
receive shuttle instructions closer to the date.

are secured when reservations are made early, we would appreciate it if you
