Alexandra (HR consultant) provided the attached market comparison graph to help us with Rick's review and our decision-making around his compensation.

It would be good to have this done before the board meeting so the Exec Committee can report to the full board. But if not, it really does need to be completed before the end of February and then reported to the board. Let me know how I can help.
