>> Hunter I readily admit I look at this thru the lens of someone who had to lead our BD thru the awful exercise of greatly reducing staff and the budget due to issues with our previous CEO and economy that created havoc on fundraising. I do think we need to have serious discussion about this at the BD mtg without staff there...other than Rick. I have not raised this with Rick...and would be glad to do so but wanted to talk to you before doing so.
