Good afternoon, Members of the Board.


Please see the attached Board Meeting materials for your review in advance
of next week’s retreat at Salamander Resort
<http://www.salamanderresort.com/overview/destination> in Middleburg, VA.


We will open with a reception and dinner on *Wednesday, February 17th at
6:30 p.m.* in the *Bluemont Room* and hold a full-day Board meeting from *8:00
p.m. -4:00 p.m. *on *Thursday, February 18th*.


***Please note that Members of the Development Committee will meet before
the reception on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the Marshall Room.*


You may check into your room at the resort any time after * 12:00 on the
17th*, and we encourage you to enjoy and explore Salamander during your
stay. Your name (and your spouse’s, if they are able to attend) are listed
in the block of rooms which are paid for by WFP USA. Again, any
additional charges (spa, room service, resort activities etc.) will be at
the guest’s expense.


For those of you who will need return transportation from the Salamander,
it is suggested that be booked in advance of your arrival on the 17th.
Please let me know if I can be of assistance in booking ground
transportation.


We are looking forward to being together, and hoping that Mother Nature
cooperates this year so that we can enjoy our retreat in Middleburg.
