Roger/Chris-

In response to the subpoenas received at our office and by Hunter Biden, I wanted to let you know that we produced all the responsive documents and sent them to Planet Depos this afternoon. Given that all the documents have been produced I would like to propose that the deposition scheduled for tomorrow afternoon be cancelled. I am happy to simultaneously forward both of you copies of the responsive documents we sent to Planet Depos. If that works we can FedEx copies to you on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

These documents are in response to subpoenas issued to “Seneca Global Consulting” (which actually should have been “Seneca Global Advisors” a predecessor to our current firm) and to Hunter Biden. I understand that there may have been attempts to subpoena me personally, but I have been out of town and have not received one. That said, these documents represent the response to subpoenas to Seneca, myself and Hunter.
