These days were the final stage of finalizing our deal re the purchase of
70% share of the Ukrainian company Kub Gas, as I've already told you on
numerous occasions. Our deal is reaching closure, but we haven't done it so
far since we 're intensively negotiating with a 30% shareholder Kub Energy
Inc., so they would waive their right for first refusal.

In the attachment, you will find two identical resolutions dated January 27
and 28 concerning the offer we're making.

I am kindly asking you to sign them and forward them to me?
