Latest: VP will be in NOL on Wednesday, but is doing a port event with governor, Mayor and maybe Sec. Fox. No Wednesday news event at UPT.

LADOTD will help SRC and us for Thursday event. Governor unlikely, Mayor a maybe and unclear about Sarah.
