Hunter and I are going to meet with Michael next Thursday afternoon and Neil is putting together some draft bullets points for an MOU. We'll circulate it to this group prior to sharing with Michael.

As far as calendaring, I think we'll try and see if we can kick Dan Loeb to later in June when Hunter is next in NYC.

Also, Hunter will be out the week of the 7th but unless he feels otherwise, I think we can go ahead and set up a meeting with Ledley to come to Virginia that week if it works for Ledley and Chris. No need to delay for Hunter to be there.
