I’m available now and through afternoon.

I am looking for 2017 tax returns which, per our divorce agreement, I was to receive when they were filed.

I requested the Quit Claim to refinance when I found out about the tax lien. The refinancing fell through due to the tax lien. Now, with my alimony in question, his non-responsiveness, I am looking to sell it.

You will be receiving a more detailed letter shortly.

Tax returns: I have conferred with Bill Morgan and he said that he is able to provide you copies of tax returns that were filed jointly. I can provide you a copy of tax year 2016 if you need a copy of that one. What tax years are you looking for?

Quit Claim: The MSA says that the Quit Claim should be provided in connection with the refinancing (MSA, 9(b)(ii) ...”Contemporaneously with any refinance to remove Hunter’s name from the liability, Hunter shall execute a Quit Claim deed ....”).

Are you refinancing the property now?
