I am going to respond that I don’t have an update on the alimony, except that it needs to be re-visited, and that she can get all joint tax returns previously filed, and asking what the status of the re-financing is, which is the only condition where you are required to provide a quit-claim.

I’m assuming there isn’t an update. I haven’t heard anything from Hunter about alimony, taxes, Quit Claim, anything. I’ve exhausted all avenues short of court. I have made every effort to try to handle this amicably.
