We pulled it down. Mel didn't think we should say anything in the email about rescheduling. I think Dennis told Wayne we'd try but Mel feels very strongly about this. I drafted an email for Wayne to send out and cleared with Mel. Dennis has been doing all the interfacing not me - just guiding Dennis a little on this one.

I know it is not the best outcome, but I actually feel like we sent strong messages today to both Wayne and Lorenzo on how we expect people to do business. We needed to be more assertive a long time ago.
