Hi Guys, Take a look at the pro forma model for Snowflake. I will send out a revised deck with more explanation on the assumptions later this evening, but wanted to get the model in your hands to take a look. The model is derived by the number of clients and either a dedicated team or ½ dedicated team to the client. Then we are marking up the cost of the team by 2.5x. Also, as first cut, we run a little over an $800k cash deficit for the first 2-3 quarters. So as we work with the model and assumptions we can see where that negative cash flow ends up and then come up with plans for how we try and fill that gap. We can evolved to more of software type model overtime, but for the first 2 years I am seeing the offering as more of an integrated people/technology offering hands on creating and running models, doing analysis, providing data etc. I think its a good starting point to come to IPS with and then ask them how they see the model evolving. Take a look and give me your feedback. Look for the updated presentation end of night/early Sat. We can review on the Status call Monday at 3pm. Have a great weekend.
