I am friends with Greg Penner- married to Carrie Walton- who is on the board
(should be next chairman) and runs Walton family office. I also have a
decent relationship with Rob Walton- Greg's brother-in-law, and a number of

Chris,
I have been approached by PolyMet Mining, a publically traded mine
development company located in northeastern Minnesota. PolyMet is seeking
environmental permits to enable it to commence mining and processing of
various metals. However, the EPA awarded their Environmental Impact
Statement (EIS) the lowest rating possible and no permits. PolyMet has asked
my assistance in determining trends in the EPA's rulings and the
Administration's outlook on mining. Please let me know if my assistance
will present any conflicts. I plan on asking for $7,500 p/m for 3 months.
Obviously I told them I do not lobby and will only provide them with
information and strategy.
