Meeting with Debbie went well. She is really smart and will no doubt add real value if she has time to give.
She is the kind of person who will want to dig in, read and understand prior to commiting. I didnt go in strongly on Penny since we need to secure her interest first.
I did ask her to consider the Women's Council though (and asked gently about Penny in the follow up email below). If you think I can be even stronger on asking about Penny, I will, just wanted your read on that first. Let me know what you think.
