I have done reviews on staff on staff anniversary dates. Josh submitted his
review today.

Claudine’s is due under the anniversary date plan on May 15th. I plan to
promote her to the Director of Programming and raise her salary to the same
as Dan. She has a masters degree and will be graduating from law school
that week.

Dominique is due for evaluation on July 15th, but she has advised she is
moving to the Midwest to attend grad school in August, so she will leave us
in August, 2019.

I’m happy to adjust the evaluations from anniversary date to whatever date
the Board would like. Given the timing of the next Board meeting, I suppose
March 1st would be best?
