In summary, Comcast currently has approximately 250ksf of office space in northern Delaware spread out over multiple locations. There is an amazing opportunity to consolidate them into one building that BofA is selling in downtown Wilmington.

* there is a 520,000sq.ft. in two class A office building directly on Rodney square – incredible signage opportunity
* parking - they have 1400 parking spaces IN the building and all of the buses dropoff nearby.
* The buildings are in excellent condition and perfect for open plan layout. They were built by Charlie cawley!
* The buildings can be bought at a HUGE discount to replacement (approx. $8mm)
* The City would bend over backwards to make this happen

Their leases expire in the next few years and it’s my understanding that they would like to consolidate. Our goal would be to get a meeting with David Cohen, who rob and I have met on numerous occasions thru your father and Senator Carper, as I think that could go a long way in making this happen.

This would be a once in a half decade event for The City. It would be HUGE and give the city the continued momentum that it needs.
