Comcast currently has approximately 250ksf of office space in northern Delaware spread out over multiple locations. There is an amazing opportunity to consolidate them into one building that BofA is selling in downtown Wilmington.
there is a 520,000sq.ft. in two class A office building directly on Rodney square – incredible signage opportunity
parking - they have 1400 parking spaces IN the building and all of the buses dropoff nearby.
