FYI, Gabriel just called. He's in the DR and met with Manuel today. Manuel was asking about Matador. I told Gabriel the status and that we hadn't forgotten about him. But, Manuel may also be thinking of bidding on the concession to operate the airport in Puerto Rico and may like to hire us to help him. (This may be something we have Manuel partner with Ernesto Gutierrez on or BridgePoint Capital.)

Also, Gabriel has a relationship with a Argentine Governor who is running for President. (Hunter, not the one we met - a different one.) The State has a lot of oil and gas revenue and they may be looking for some help on the investment/financial side. A prominent business man in the state may like to hire us to help on this issue. We will have to run the traps and make sure it is something we can legally and ethically do but that is out there.
