I have sent you two emails today, which you have failed to acknowledge, including one that indicated that payment would be imminent. As I indicated in my last email, I would like to discuss with you the other outstanding issues. I left you a voicemail, which you also failed to acknowledge. With the immediate threat of Kathleen’s lawsuit, and Hunter’s demonstrated efforts to be responsive to your demand letter, your failure to engage in a discussion about the resolution of the outstanding issues on the eve of filing a complaint is not evidence of a good faith effort to resolve this matter without litigation and the attendant publicity such a filing will engender.

We stand ready to engage in a discussion to resolve this matter. I am available at the contact information below at any time. A courtesy of a reply would be appreciated.
