Hello Friends of WFP Board:

As you know, Rick Leach is currently visiting WFP programs with Senator George McGovern in Kenya and Uganda. In Kenya, the Senator was made an honorary Elder of the Maasai Tribe and presented with his own shield and spear. The Senator is also actively blogging during the trip and I have attached an entry from the Huffington Post here in addition to another related article from the Washington Examiner. We look forward to sharing more about this exciting mission in the days to come.
