Dear YLS Recent Grads, Summer Associates, and Admitted Students,

We invite you to our first Yale Law School Constitutional Law Breakfast on Thursday, June 24th. This new program will replace the very successful Law and Globalization Breakfasts, which many of you attended. We thought Washington, DC was an ideal venue to launch this program because so many of you deal with constitutional issues on a daily basis.

Breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 am. The program, entitled "Breakfast for Supreme Court Watchers," will begin at 8:00 am and end at 9:20 am, and will include time for audience questions. The event will be held at Arnold & Porter LLP, 555 Twelfth Street, NW (between E and F Streets, NW). It is located right near the Metro Center Metro Station.

Robert C. Post '77 J.D., Dean and Sol & Lillian Goldman Professor of Law at Yale Law School, will moderate what is sure to be a lively discussion among our four panellists:

Yale Law School is an accredited provider for California and New York M/CLE programs. The panel will be worth 1.25 hours of MCLE credit in California and 1.5 CLE credit hours in NY in the area of Professional Practice. Everyone who wants M/CLE credit must SIGN IN as well as complete an evaluation form in order to receive an M/CLE Certificate of Attendance after the program. People seeking NY CLE credit also must SIGN OUT after the program. Please contact your local bar association to see if they accept NY or CA M/CLE program credits. Program materials will be available two-weeks prior to the breakfast on our web site at: www.law.yale.edu/CLEreadings.

Please register online at www.regonline.com/constitbreakfast2010. You must note on your registration if you are seeking M/CLE credit. The registration deadline is Monday, June 14. The cost of the breakfast is $15 per person.
