Yes he was, Xavier Texeido. It's now being run by the couple who own Elizabeth's. The real driving force behind the group is their Executive Director. I've been dancing around with her for months about helping them out in Dover. Thought if you guys had a solid contact in DC it might help me seal the deal. Leg session in Dover ends in a month anyway so it looks like nothing will happen until the fall.
