<p>I am back at home with Hallie and the kids. It is absolutely wonderful to be here, I'm feeling great, and the doctor said my last exam was "perfect."</p>

<p>Thank you for all the support and prayers we've received from so many of you over the last week. The letters, e-mails, and Facebook messages were truly heartwarming. We could not have gotten through this without all of you, so from the bottom of our hearts -- thank you.</p>

<p>I also want to thank the incredible doctors, nurses and staff at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Christiana Hospital. They are wonderful medical professionals and great people. My gratitude for them is immeasurable. </p>

<p>I promised the doctors I'd take it easy for a little bit, and I will. Thanks again for your thoughts, prayers, and support. </p>
