Kaufman made his fourth appearance on Mad Money Tuesday. Opening the
segment which focused on the May 6 flash crashs effect on the
credibility of U.S. financial markets Jim Cramer called Kaufman one of
the smartest, most sophisticated people in Congress on financial
issues. Kaufman, he continued, has consistently pushed the level of the
playing field back in favor of regular investors.

Discussing the
steps regulatory agencies must take to prevent another bogus 1000-point
market decline, Cramer told Kaufman, I think were going to do it
because of you, Senator, because you saw it and you saw through a lot
of arguments that even fooled me.
