Good Morning, Awesome job to the 16 of you who came this morning. I am loving the commitment, enthusiasm, and desire to BE BETTER! Getting up early to come play lacrosse is not easy, and I SO APPRECIATE your (and your parents) willingness to get here. If you have been unable to come, I encourage you to do wall ball (attached) on your own so you are not behind. If you are not currently playing a sport, start getting yourself in shape, because we are going to hit the ground running (pun intended?) on Day 1.
