Like generations of Americans before them, the DREAMers were brought here by their parents to seek a better life. But right now, these young people must live with the daily fear and uncertainty of possible detention or deportation.


First, the Trump Administration reversed years of immigration policy by ending their DACA protections. Then, just last week, a federal court placed a temporary injunction on those plans.


Now, for 800,000 DREAMers across the country, every day brings new uncertainty and the possibility of being forced to leave the only country they’ve ever called home.


Congress has the power to answer this question, once and for all -- and we must demand that they take action. Tell Congress: Pass a “clean” DREAM Act, with no border wall funding or other strings attached.

DREAMers are our friends and neighbors. They’re who’s waiting next to us at the bus stop on Monday, behind us in line at the movie theater on Friday, or in the pew just ahead of us on Sunday.


Many have gone to college to become nurses or teachers. Some have served in the military -- putting their lives on the line to protect the very same freedoms that they are now being denied.


Like all young Americans, DREAMers should have their brightest days ahead of them: buying a house, raising a family, and working hard to achieve their piece of the American dream.


Instead, for these 800,000 Americans, every day brings new fear and uncertainty for themselves and their families -- and possibility of being forced out of the only country they’ve ever called home.


Their dream is ours, and so their fight must be ours too. Stand with the DREAMers to end this nightmare. Tell Congress to pass a clean DREAM Act now!
