This position has executive oversight over all major elements of asset and company operations. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience as a CFO or Principal Financial and Administrative Officer of a real estate company. The position will have multiple direct reports and will oversee asset management, development, finance, compliance, administration, human resources, IT and risk management. We are looking for a professional with vision and an operational and strategic skill set with a bona fide record of success.</font></div><div style=""><font face="arial" size="2"><br></font></div><div style=""><font face="arial" size="2">The candidate must be a charismatic leader and motivator of teams.
