Dear  Owasco,
This is a friendly reminder that the sidewalk construction on 11th Street will begin on Tuesday, October 11 until Friday, October 14. During this time, the front door entrance will be inaccessible. Keys to the alleyway door entrance have been distributed to each unit. Please remember to bring your FOBs as it will be required to get into the door as well.
A member of the construction team will be on site to help mail carriers to the back entrance. They will make every effort to guide drivers through the back and into the lobby to deliver packages. While they will do their best to do so, there may be a possibility that some packages will not be delivered.
Management will continue to keep you posted if there is any change in the construction schedule. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
