New polls out this week from both Gallup and Pew showed that SIXTY PERCENT of Americans favor legalizing the recreational use of marijuana.

But like so many other things, the Trump administration is going against the will of the people.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is threatening the rights of individual states to chose whether or not to legalize marijuana -- which is why we're joining a national effort to push back.

Our party supported an initiative in 2016 to regulate marijuana like alcohol, and states across the country have already adopted similar laws.

During the campaign, Trump promised to leave marijuana regulation up the states. Let's make sure he keeps his word.
