Did you catch Lisa’s great op-ed calling on all of us to fight back against sexual harassment that was posted yesterday morning?


In the piece, she does a great job of laying out everything that’s tied to this watershed moment in our culture -- from Hollywood to the halls of power, and everywhere in between.


Here’s just one of our favorite parts:


“This year, let all of us commit to taking stock of the way we treat women in the workplace and in society generally. We have a moral and ethical obligation to speak out when we see harassment and to provide a platform for those who seek justice.


Whether it is at deli counters, bus stops, or in meeting and break rooms, women encounter day-to-day unwelcome experiences that do not make headlines but continually degrade their value and worth. It is never okay to dehumanize or devalue another person.”


The ending is pretty great too, but we don’t want to spoil it. ;)
