Update: I will talk to the staff directors of the House and Senate caucuses tomorrow. As Patty indicated, this bill will be associated with Beau regardless of the title.
Louisa and I talked today and we both agree the best next step is feeling out the likelihood of passage in the Senate and equally important, minding the potential ancillary burdens on the family should passage come down to one or two votes.
I’ll circle back tomorrow after talking with the folks in Dover.
