The first month of 2018 is almost over, and it’s going to be a big indicator of what to expect from this crucially-important new year -- and one of the most important elections in our lifetimes.


After last night’s State of the Union Address, we should remember that -- no matter how many visionary statements President Trump might make -- Congress still needs to be a check on his administration’s worst impulses.


The current Republican leadership in Congress just doesn’t have the stomach for it, so we need to help Democrats take back Congress this November -- to do that, everyone has to play their part.
