Sarah- Also, wanted to touch base as it relates to the bank statements. I know Kathleen’s attorney requested bank statements for the past two years to include joint and personal accounts. As an FYI, Kathleen has the statements for the accounts she has access to - i.e., the three USAA accounts and the Wells Fargo Advisors joint account. (Those are all accounts Kathleen has online access to and they are all joint accounts.) I know that Kathleen has provided those to her attorney - if you would like copies of those statements as well we are happy to provide them to you so you have everything Kathleen’s attorney has.
