Hunter-

Let's talk before I have a conversation with her attorney. This is problematic- I agree. We need to make some progress.

I have not yet sent joint returns. She just asked for those on Wednesday (after I volunteered giving them to her- no idea why she would say we are refusing to disclose your income). Can I contact Eric for your returns or do you have those to send me? I also need the account statements I referenced earlier.

Kathleen is draining our joint account systematically now. We have two accounts one pays the recurring bills - mortgage, tuition, utilities etc... And the other account is for "discretionary spending." It's become the discretionary account is Kathleen's and the bills account is mine- meaning my discretionary spending is basically whatever is left over after all the bills are paid. She is now transferring (through online banking) half of the "bills account" dollars into "her" account and then transferring all the money out to an account in her name only. She also says her lawyer believes we are in serious financial trouble and that we have refused to tell her my income. What???? Don't they have our joint tax returns? Anyway, tell them to make a proposal I'm done with all this other bullshit. She is now delaying and I'm pretty sure I know why. Can I stop paying into that account all together? Everything as far as necessities are all paid for already. I can't believe she is doing this.

Hi Hunter-

See email below from Rebekah. Did you get my emails on Wednesday? Lets set up a call and discuss where we are and what we need to do to keep this moving forward the way you would like. I am fairly flexible next week. What works for you?

Subject: Biden - Debbie May

Sarah,

I had a brief call with Debbie May, without giving her names or any specific information, to see if she had capacity to take on a case at this time. We generally discussed that she would be a financial neutral, engaged by both parties, for the purposes of reviewing the family finances with respect to income and expenses leading to present, financial planning in the separation, and financial planning for my client moving forward. Debbie is able and willing to take on the case, with the explanation that she will be gone the first part of October and the month of January, but we would have access to her team during those times.

Please let me know your thoughts on jointly retaining her in this capacity,

Best Regards,
