Hunter- Attached are the following documents: - Kathleen's Complaint for Divorce - DRAFT Answer - DRAFT Counterclaim for Divorce Our Answer responds to each numbered paragraph of her Complaint- so you will need to read the two documents together. And then we have also prepared a Counterclaim for Divorce. In DC, because it is a no-fault jurisdiction, your pleadings do not need to do more than really assert the grounds for divorce and let the court know the relief you are seeking- so they are not very colorful (which is a good thing).
