Attached is formal discovery that was served on Monday. We are on a 30 day
clock to answer the attached (we can obviously ask for an extension but I
would like to use our best efforts to answer as quickly as possible).


Eric- we will need your assistance gathering all the documents, financial
information (both for the written interrogatories and the document
requests). Hunter, you and I can work together on all the other
questions/requests.


I am going to assign this case to one of our paralegals and once I do, I am
going to loop her into our communications as she will be responsible for
getting all the documents organized on our end.
