I haven't had any feed back on the performance review form I sent to each of you earlier this month , so I moved forward and asked Patty and Josh to complete the form as a self assessment of their performance this past year.
Patty's completed assessment is attached -- I will forward Josh's completed form in a separate e-mail.
Please take some time to review the forms. I'd like to set up a time for a conference call on either Jan 9 or Jan 10 to discuss both Patty's and Josh's performance in 2016, their goals for 2017 and make recommendations for salary adjustments -- if we feel an adjustment is appropriate.
I'll suggest we talk at either 9am on Jan 9 or Jan 10 or any time after 2:00 on Jan 10.
Please let me know which day/time works best for you.
