Hi Rebekah- A few of things. First, Hunter was able to set aside an additional $7,000 to transfer to Kathleen, in addition to the $10,000 transferred last week. I cannot guarantee that he can transfer that amount each month but I know this will be helpful to Kathleen at this juncture. Second, I have a spreadsheet from Hunter's office explaining the current bill-paying situation. I will forward it to you as I think it will be helpful for you to see the current expense situation. I will also forward tax returns as requested. Next, I connected with Hunter today and he raised significant concerns with respect to the children and their level of involvement in the situation between the parties. The children are being shown account balances, text message, and just generally being involved in all elements of this. As I am sure you agree, it is not in the children's best interest to be involved in this situation. I have told Hunter to not let that happen any further and I would appreciate you addressing this with Kathleen also. Finally, Kathleen previously made a proposal premised on her not wanting to get a divorce- it therefore was limited to a proposal for an interim support arrangement. We responded with a counterproposal on interim support. Now that Kathleen has filed for divorce and started the litigation process, I note that we do not have an understanding of what Kathleen is looking forward with respect to a settlement. You have suggested that Kathleen remains committed to resolving this matter outside of litigation. We would appreciate knowing what she proposes for a comprehensive, full and final settlement. Hunter would welcome a proposal and would give it his full consideration. I recognize you are waiting on documentation to be in a position of full disclosure- my suggestion would be that you can make a proposal and note that it is subject to change should the documents you receive indicate anything contrary to your present understanding. As I have said to you previously, I do not believe anyone is benefited from acrimonious litigation- which it appears this is shaping up to be. We will soon issue discovery, subpoenas, etc. to Kathleen. But we would prefer to avoid that and work together toward a settlement. Please let me know if Kathleen will make a comprehensive proposal for Hunter's consideration. Thank you- Sarah -----Original Message----- From: Rebekah J.H.
