EMAIL DETAILS

Hey, one time sensitive thing - just in case we don't get to connect
by phone. Unless you have a strong objection I am going to sign the
lease for the HOS tomorrow and send them the security deposit. In my
conversations with Jeff he may want some of the space if we can't use
it so I feel comfortable going ahead. I also think we'll get our
distribution from Eudora in January and we can use that to pre-pay
rent.

Since we have talked about this a bunch already and you said to go
ahead I'll do so tomorrow unless I hear otherwise.
