Dear Friends,


We hope you are having a wonderful holiday season with family and friends. Our team would like to thank you very much for allowing us to serve you and for referring the TM technique to family, friends and colleagues. This has allowed us to offer TM to many people and help improve their health and well being.


Of course, this is the time of year that people start thinking about their health and making resolutions to take better care of themselves. If have not yet learned the TM technique we do have classes beginning this weekend at most locations. If you have already learned the TM Technique you may want to have a Meditation Refresher Session or participate in our Wellness Webinar.

Wellness Webinar that begins Thursday, January 12th at 8 pm. These video conference calls will be held every Thursday, Jan-Dec 2017. You can choose to join for one month or the entire year.
