I talked to Hunter- he is agreeable to transferring the $7,000 to Kathleen. Please proceed and I will tell her lawyer. From: Eric Schwerin [mailto:eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com] Sent: Thursday, December 22, 2016 9:22 AM To: SMancinelli Subject: Current Income and Expenses Sarah- Attached is the current state of play regarding bills and how the money has been spent or will be spent from the $25,000 Hunter transferred last week and his salary payment made yesterday. The $25,000 that was transferred to the USAA joint autopay account is denoted on the left side of the spreadsheet. This list of bills paid and to be paid also includes all back payments of mortgage and life insurance and all of those have now been paid and Hunter and Kathleen should be current on all of those. In addition, Hunter’s recent salary payment was put in his Wells Fargo Brokerage “Tax” account (5858) and the money has been allocated to bills as listed on the spreadsheet. Kathleen is aware that money has been placed in this account. You will see that there is approximately $7500 remaining in the USAA account after all the autopay bills are paid through the 20th of January. I know that Kathleen has requested $7,000 in addition to the $10,000 she received on December 15th. Hunter and Kathleen will have to jointly decide how to handle that request as you can also see in the bottom right of the spreadsheet there is a list of outstanding debts to which that $7500 could also be allocated. The third option would be that that remain in one of the account as a cushion in case there is a delay in Hunter getting paid in January or some other expenses not on this sheet pop up. I will try and talk to Hunter about this today but hopefully you can do the same if you speak with him. I hope this is as accurate as possible. Feel free to share this spreadsheet with Kathleen’s attorney or Joan can share it directly with Kathleen. Let me know. Best, Eric Eric D.
