Hunter,

I am overdue in thanking you for making it possible for Julia and her husband to attend the Inaugural Ball. It was the experience of a lifetime for a young woman who grew up on the farm in Kentucky. They had a marvelous time and I just got home after being away at the law school for the last few weeks and waiting for me was a note telling me how wonderful it was. Thank you so much for arranging it.

I'm going to be in DC in mid March for some events around the 50th anniversary of Gideon v. Wainwright. Perhaps we can grab lunch or a cup of coffee while I am there. I'll be in touch closer to the time.
