Buffet dinner served from 5:30 to 8:30. We are offering a variety of New Orleans influenced food items. They won't be too spicy as you can always " kick it up a notch" with some Louisiana hot sauce.
Oysters Rockefeller, Cajun chicken Alfredo served with rigatoni pasta, Andouille and chicken jambalaya, Shrimp and scallop etouffee served with dirty rice, Red beans and rice, Roasted corn hush puppies, Seafood and tasso ham gumbo , Corn bread muffins and honey butter, Mixed greens with assorted dressings and Mini pecan tartlets, bourbon balls and bananas foster.
The Acousti Cats - 5 piece Jazz band will play from 7 - 10. They are a great dance band.
Also don't forget this is a great opportunity to invite your friends who have always wanted to join
LBCC or who were members in the past and would like to re join. We are supplying your beads and masks.
