To expedite things when you get to Colorado, Ethan, our beloved and most capable advance person, will me send me a menu of ski options/rentals on Wednesday. I will forward that to you on Wednesday, so the family can review what they would like to take part in...snow boarding or grizzly classes for Little Hunter. Ethan will scope out snow-shoeing for Hallie and Kathleen. A master account will be set up for the three families which can be settled at the end of the trip. FYI - AF2 will be flying in to Grand Junction, CO, which is 2 hour drive from the house. AF2 cannot land at Vail airport, due to restrictions on no nighttime landings. Kathleen - the Vail airport is 1 hour from the house. I will email you all on Wednesday with the menu from Ethan. Beau and Hallie, does a 5:00 pm, wheels up on Thursday work or would you prefer 6:00 pm? Thank you
