This is from the UN in Iraq - The terrorists stole $450M out of Mosul. We should start now attacking the money flow, maybe based in Erbil. We can sign the agreement via email and start with the UN 1267 in NYC, then push to freeze assets of arms dealers and money movers - it will at least cause a pause in action. It is so important on a world stage that someone achieve a victory against the terrorists after all these recent global attacks. Please share your support. It is that important. Thanks guys. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tom - Things are crazy here. All my meetings today got cancelled because all the embassies and organizations are now busy making contingency plans for evacuating. No one would disagree that we need to cut off the money supply (rumor is that ISIL got $450M from banks and the Iraqi treasury in Mosul this week), but many would say it's too late for that now. I will be in Dubai from June 12-21 - maybe longer if I'm not permitted to return to Baghdad.
