16 oz bone in rib eye cooked Pittsburg style…charred on the outside and rare to medium rare on the inside. The legend is that Pittsburgh steelworkers' wives would pack raw pieces of meat in their husbands' lunchboxes. At lunchtime, the steelworkers would slap the meat onto the metal sides of the furnace or holding tanks to cook it. Voila! Black on the outside, rare on the inside.
