Attached is the map of the oil and gas fields up for license in Ivory Coast that John referenced. It is in black and white but I may be able to find the color version to send as well. Let me know if you need that.

‎Hunter,

Hope all is well. Here are some potential gas opportunities for discussion:

1.‎ Equatorial Guinea: There is a deal being put together that will have 3 parties (private investment vehicle, equatorial guinea gas company, and Nigeria gas company). Our contacts are putting together the deal and running the private investment vehicle. This is for a new gas field and the good thing here is that they will get to use the excess capacity in Equatorial Guinea's existing LNG tran (processing facility) because one of the issues with gas as I understand is having the LNG trains to process. We could look to have Burisma come in as a partner in the deal and off-taker of the gas.

2. Cote d'Ivoire: There are possibilities to get licenses for gas fields, Eric will attach the map

3. Mozambique: Can potentially purchase stakes in the ENI and Anadarko fields as there are stakes for sale. Could be from other stakeholders in the field and not just from ENI or Anadarko. We've recently opened an office in Mozambique where I have brought on a top banker with good connections who is Managing Partner

4. Ghana and Angola: Can explore opportunities but don't have details off hand

‎Please let me know the thoughts on the above and if Burisma would be interested to explore any further.

Best,

John
