Xiaoying asked me to call her tonight so she could give me more background on what CITIC was looking for before you and I discussed it further.

1) They acquired two mines - one in particular that produces materials for flooring and insulation and they'd like help getting an introduction to Armstrong here in the US to discuss a possible JV.

2) They'd like an introduction to Universal (Comcast) as they'd like to open a Universal Studios China theme park outside of Beijing. As I said, that one should be easy via Melissa Maxfield/David Cohen.

These are their immediate two needs/examples.

She said they'd like to pay us for our help on these - I told her we'd discuss whether we could do that - but were sure we could figure something out even if it was success fee based on the US side but that I would talk to you.

I asked if the were interested in other technologies (like Counsyl) we may bring them and she said definitely. She kept emphasizing how much money they have and are willing to commit to these ventures.

Also, FYI, she is coming to the US this summer. Taking a Chinese delegation of two mayors and some aviation companies to the General Aviation conference in Oshkosh, WI. Said China is really developing a general aviation industry as many rich Chinese are looking to buy their own jets.

I told her I'd get back to her next week after you and I had a chance to talk about how and if we could proceed.
